Return Policy

Thank you for shopping for cool t-shirts at Thatsmyshirt.com.  We are sorry to hear that you need to return your order or items from your order.  We issue store credits for all returns.  Once we have your merchandise we will email you the store credit which you can redeem on our site at any time. They do not expire.  We do not issue refunds for returns.  Clearance merchandise is not returnable.

The first step is to obtain a Return Authorization Code.  Please use the contact form located on any page of the site and request this code. 

We do not accept returns for worn or washed merchandise.  All returns must come back in sellable condition

Halloween Costume Returns:

Halloween Costumes are returnable for store credit between September 10th and October 15th if we receive back by October 15th.  After that date they are non returnable.

Include your order number, Return Authorization Code, the names of the products being returned and the reason for the return along with your email address.  Upon receipt we will email a store credit for the value of the item or items returned.  Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return once received.
